Get amped for the playoffs. The Portland Trail Blazers have been my fave team for the past couple seasons; they're just young and ill. They're finally in the playoffs this year. The western conference is so tight this year [again]. The Nuggets already clinched the division, so after tonight the Blazers can either be the the 4th or 5th seed. That means they play the Houston Rockets regardless, it's all about who gets home-court now.

At the restaurant, I caught the first quarter of UNC (University of North Carolina)vs. MSU (Michigan State University) NCAA Finals. On the wekeend, UNC beat Villanova and Michigan St. beat UCONN(wowsers) in Final Four action...
UNC is a heavily favored #1 seed in their division, while Michigan St. is a #2 seed who got smashed by UNC in their one-and-only meeting earlier this season. However, MSU has a home-court advantage going into tonight's game because the venue is in Detroit; this = 90% MSU crowd... In my bracket I picked the UNC Tarheels from jump to take it all; so did a million other people in the world, even Pres Obama, lol. Saying they were favoured is an understatement. Anyways, low and behold, UNC took it. Actually they walked away with it. Actually they ran away with it. The game was a blowout for most the game, 89-72 final score...
In other sports, the Toronto Blue Jays had their season-opener today against the Detroit Tigers. I watched it on the other TV's in the restaurant. Roy Halladay [below, left] pitched and got the win, as the Jays killed it; downing the Tigers, 12-5 final score...
DH (designated hitter) Adam Lind [above, right] was 4 of 5 and my fave Jay, right fielder, Alex Rios [below, right] was 2 of 3 to lead the Blue Jays to victory for their first game...

I swear Rogers is planting viruses or something because when I do find the virus they speak of it's in old folders!! I mean, wouldn't I catch these virsuses the millon times I scanned before!? I don't know. It seems I get 'new' viruses a lot--they end up in folders I already scanned weeks before, which is whack. I think it's Rogers tracking download numbers and finding ways to suspend me from over-using/downloading illegally--who knows. ef em elll Last night I was with Nadine and merked myself with jap food at 168 Sushi. Uggghhh. I didn't eat all day until dinner. I ate so much to a point where I felt immobile--never again that much that fast. But so damn good, until the end lol.

Complex has been my favorite magazine for a good bit, it's basically a fashion magazine ran by business mogul and founder of Ecko the brand, Marc Ecko. It highlights indie fashion and at the same time highlights relevant celebrities and media. It was originally a bi-monthly mag, but then they started releasing monthly issues this year--thank goodness they stopped though.Each issue has two distinct covers, which divide the magazine in two parts. One side usually features a celebrity-cover and the contents are based on culture and lifestyle. While the other side features a female-cover and the contents are more about fashion.
This year's April/May issue features the always relevant Kanye West covering the culture-oriented side. Miss Kim Kardashian graces the fashion/style-oriented side...
Kanye provides a unique cover, painting himself silver and Ms. Kardashian is just looking smashian lol. One of the features in this issue is an exclusive look at Kanye's Nike releases, the Air Yeezy...
