The picture above has always had a level of nostalgia to me. As a young elementary school kid, I remember this childrens book. I had no idea what it was about; I was just familiar with the distinct illustrations and had no idea what is was called until I saw the movie trailer for 'Where The Wild Things Are'...
They made a movie from this book I now know as, 'Where The Wild Things Are', written by Maurice Sendak. It is a 10-sentence-long childrens' book that they were able to create a full-length movie out of. It's about a mischievous boy who gets sent to his room without food and trips the fcuk out, lol. He starts imagining another world where these 'wild things' exist. All while he rocks a wolf suit.
I'm out like the 'wild things' from this tripped-out wolfboy's imagination...
